1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Tour Cancellations by Central Asia Tours: In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to you.
1.2. Customer-initiated Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your tour, the refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation date and the terms outlined in your booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation Fees:
2.1. Standard Cancellation: For cancellations made 45 days or more before the tour departure date, you are eligible for a 90% refund of the total tour cost.
2.2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 45 days of the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
3. Changing Tour Dates:
3.1. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your tour to a different date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply based on the change requested.
4. Making Refund or Return Requests:
4.1. To request a refund or make changes to your booking, please contact our Customer Support team at CentralAsiaToursUK@gmail.com or call our lead contact number (+44) 07598 666248. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary forms.
5. Refund Processing:
5.1. Once your refund request is received, it will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
5.2. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions:
6.1. Please be aware that some tours and activities may have specific refund and cancellation policies that differ from our general policy. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
